Musical Movement and Singing for
Wellbeing

A group for adults with learning disability, neurodiversity, and/or mental health conditions
Time: 1:45 to 3pm
Every Thursday, term time only
Buxton Community Church, London Road, Buxton.
This group is designed for the well-being of adults with learning disabilities, neurodiversity and/or mental health conditions. I use music-therapeutic approaches and tailor songs and vocal interactions for the attendees. Come with your passion for singing, movement and music.

If you are interested, please book your place. Before attending, I would ask you or your accompanying adult to fill in a form which tells me about you and how I can support you musically in the group.
Each session is £10. The accompanying adult is free. If the cost is stopping you from coming, please contact me.
If you can't make the current dates but would like to join future sessions, please do get in touch.

Volunteers are welcome too!
A small car park is available at the back of the church. Please use the door nearest to the car park.
No group on 25th December and
1 January 2026
"Thanks for everything you are doing - we’re really enjoying it so far!"
